BOB CLARKE, CEO & FOUNDER
Initially a live event and independent TV producer and director, Bob’s spent 40+ yrs. creating, funding, running media and entertainment properties, businesses and projects with Virgin Group, News Corp, Liberty Media, Chernin Entertainment and major brands in the EU, US and China, B2B and B2C. His first company was acquired by Virgin Group plc after which he created private satellite TV networks for BMW and 20 other corporations, launched two subscription TV channels for Sky, pioneered the UK’s largest out-of-home digital screen advertising network, and partnered with Liberty Media to do the same in the US and China. He spent the 10 years post credit crunch providing go-to-market advice for numerous dotcom start-ups focused on music fans, entertainment destinations and sustainability among other things, before establishing Samahoma in 2018 to develop and finance its own multiplatform entertainment projects
DAVID HESLOP, CHAIRMAN
An LBS MBA 40 year career veteran and media investor, his first 20 years spent building other people’s companies in FMCG, Automotive, Travel, Hospitality and Healthcare, growing Mazda and KIA’s UK businesses as Group CEO and Chairman, adding distribution, finance and market research subs before selling them all to FORD and HYUNDAI, then diversifying by sector and geography, establishing P3 Ventures to raise finance for start-ups and provide strategic and operational support, co-founding and chairing live event management agency Flying Colours, launching C-Suite networking community China Ventures to facilitate China UK two way trade whilst evolving Prosell, the performance improvement company he founded in 1977, and which under his guidance has advanced technologically, its ‘ON.Board’ digital performance improvement software created for Comcast now used globally…all of which underpin his belief in the power of Web3 to transform the media sector and advantage the creators and rights owners as never before
